RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Shop Sixth Street thanks you for shopping with us! We take pride in making sure you absolutely love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt. No Returns or Exchanges on body suits, swimwear and sale items.
We offer ONE Return and Exchange Per Item. Store Credit Only, No Refunds. All Sale items are considered Final Sale. Cost of delivery is excluded. Please allow up to 2-3 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Store Credit Codes are emailed to customers after unwanted merchandise is returned and approved.
Customers can request a return by emailing HELLO@SHOPSIXTHSTREET.COM or filling out the form listed on our “Contact Page” with your order number and item(s) you would like to return.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 7th day the item is considered FINAL SALE and items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured postal service that provides you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
We kindly request that you return the item(s) unused. We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.
There is a $8.00 reship fee for all exchanges to be shipped back to you.
NO REFUNDS after a confirmation number is sent out unless damaged item was received.
